NEW YORK — If Nate Robinson keeps this up, he won't need the slam dunk contest to earn a place at All-Star weekend.

Robinson continued the best stretch of his career with 32 points and 10 rebounds last night to lead the New York Knicks to a 112-107 overtime victory over the San Antonio Spurs.

"Krypto-Nate" won his second slam dunk title Saturday night in Phoenix, but sounded lukewarm about the idea of defending his title next year. The way he's playing now, he could end up playing in the game in Dallas.

"That's what I'm trying to get to, but for the most part we're just focused on the playoffs now," Robinson said. "Next year will come."

Robinson hit a jumper to break a tie, then scored on a layup for a 108-104 lead with 1:55 left in his career-best third straight 30-point game.

Spurs guard Manu Ginobili did not play because of a sore right ankle.

MAGIC 107, BOBCATS 102: Dwight Howard had a career-high 45 points, to go with 19 rebounds and eight blocks, leading host Orlando to an overtime victory over Charlotte.

Hornets 100, Thunder 98: Chris Paul scored on a layup with 2.7 seconds left to lift visiting New Orleans after Oklahoma City's Kevin Durant's 3-pointer tied it with 13.8 seconds.

Rockets 114, Nets 88: Yao Ming had 20 points and 12 rebounds, and Shane Battier scored a season-high 19 points to lead host Houston's rout of New Jersey.

Bucks 92, Pistons 86: Richard Jefferson scored 29 points to help visiting Milwaukee pull within two games of Detroit in the Eastern Conference standings.

Pacers 100, 76ers 91: Danny Granger had 20 points and 10 rebounds, and host Indiana opened a 17-point lead early in the fourth quarter to beat Philadelphia.

Wizards 111, Timberwolves 103: Antawn Jamison had 29 points and 11 rebounds, and Mike James hit a pair of 3-pointers in the final 70 seconds to lead host Washington.

Suns 140, Clippers 100: Leandro Barbosa scored 24 points and Amare Stoudemire added 23 as host Phoenix routed Los Angeles in Alvin Gentry's debut as the Suns interim coach.

Jazz 117, Grizzlies 99: Andrei Kirilenko returned from an ankle injury to score 18 points, and had three baskets, two steals and a block in a 20-4 fourth-quarter run to lead host Utah.

LAKERS 96, HAWKS 83: Pau Gasol had 12 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists as host Los Angeles won despite a season-low 10 points from Kobe Bryant.

NOTES

Thunder-Hornets trade: The Oklahoma City Thunder have acquired center Tyson Chandler from New Orleans in a deal that sends veterans Joe Smith and Chris Wilcox to the Hornets.

King-Celtics trade: The Sacramento Kings have acquired veteran guard Sam Cassell from the Boston Celtics for a conditional second-round draft pick in 2015.
