Fourth-ranked UCLA shutout No. 3 Hawai'i, 5-0, in the third quarter en route to an 11-8 water polo victory today at the Sunset Canyon Recreation Center in Los Angeles.

UCLA is 8-2 overall and 2-0 in the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation. UH is 6-4 and 0-3.

Priscilla Orozco scored three goals to lead the Bruins. Carmen Eggens and Dagmar Genee each had three goals for the Rainbow Wahine.

Hawai'i plays in the Irvine Tournament on Saturday, facing No. 13 Cal State Northridge in the opener.
