Two powerlifters from Hawai'i swept best lift honors at the United States Powerlifting Federation American Cup late last month.

Leonetta Richardson, 31, who competed in the 148-pound open class, bench-pressed 303 pounds, squatted 402 and deadlifted 413. Her bench is reportedly an American record.
