Two of the three people killed early this morning in a high-speed crash on Likelike Highway were employees of Haleiwa Joe's restaurant in Kaneohe, manager Tim York said today.

He identified the two as James Krzywonski and Keone Cardenas.

Speaking at the restaurant on Haiku Road, York said a number of employees had gone to dinner after work last night and were on their way back to the windward side at the time of the crash.

He said other employees who came upon the crash called him from the scene to let him know there had been an accident.

York said the restaurant will be closed tonight as employees gather to remember their colleagues.
