NFL: Titans C Mawae officially out against Ravens

Associated Press

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Tennessee Titans have officially declared Pro Bowl center Kevin Mawae out for their AFC divisional playoff game with the Baltimore Ravens on Saturday.

Mawae has not practiced since hurting his right elbow Dec. 21.

The team issued its final injury report Friday and listed his status as out. That means second-year lineman Leroy Harris will start his second straight game and his first playoff game.

Reserve defensive end Dave Ball (back) also is listed as out for Saturday's game.

Cornerback Nick Harper (groin), defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth (knee), linebacker David Thornton (hip), defensive end Kyle Vanden Bosch (groin) and tight end Bo Scaife (illness) are listed as probable.
