Weather: Sunny and cool through Wednesday

A ridge of high pressure will provide mostly dry weather for the next few days with only a few isolated showers expected, the National Weather Service said.

A front is expected to pass through the islands Thursday night through Saturday, bringing about more numerous showers, forecasters said.

Here's a closer look at what the next few days are expected to bring:

Today: Sunny, with a high near 78. East wind between 6 and 8 mph.

Tonight: Partly cloudy, with a low around 66. Light south wind.

Tuesday: Isolated showers after noon. Partly cloudy, with a high near 79. South wind around 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Tuesday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 68. Southwest wind around 9 mph.

Wednesday: Isolated showers after noon. Partly cloudy, with a high near 77. Southwest wind around 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
