Kauai police issue dozens of tickets at concert

MOLOA'A – Kaua'i police issued 39 citations at a reggae concert held Sunday evening on private property in Moloa'a.

The property was identified as One Love Gardens.

Police responded at 6:11 p.m. to a number of complaints regarding the concert, Kaua'i officials said.

Among the citations issued were those for disorderly conduct; obstructing traffic; parking within six feet of a driveway; expired safety check; expired tax; defective tail light; no insurance; obstructed license plate; no front license plate; and facing flow of traffic.

Police are continuing their investigation and the dispositions are pending.
