It's all about president-elect Barack Obama these days — even in the food world. Mrs. Beasley's Cookies, a 30-year-old Southern California institution that also offers online sales, has created a pair of goodies to observe the inauguration Jan. 20.

These include cookies and cupcakes frosted with his photo, the Capitol building and Obama's campaign logo. The all-butter shortbread cookies sell for $21.95 for six or $43.90 per dozen, plus shipping. Cupcakes are six for $29.95 or a dozen for $59, plus shipping. They can be ordered online at mrsbeasleys.com or by calling 800-710-7742.
