Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties has donated $4,000 to the Institute for Human Services, an emergency homeless shelter on O'ahu.

The local residential real estate brokerage firm raised the money during a campaign last fall at which employees collected monetary donations at Coldwell Banker open houses. The company also collected household items that were donated to the nonprofit.
