Kauai police ask for help in finding missing teen

LIHU'E – The Kaua'i Police Department is asking for the public's help with finding a runaway teenager..
According to police, 16-year-old Filipe Taulanga was reported missing on Jan. 15.
Taulanga is 5-feet-8l and weighs about 160 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.
Taulanga is of Tongan descent and has a dark complexion and a small build.
