'Divorce Law in Hawaii' program is at noon today

The state Judiciary will present a free program, "Divorce Law in Hawai'i," from noon to 1 p.m. today in the first-floor conference room of Ali'iolani Hale, 417 S. King St.

Attorney William C. Darrah will provide an overview of Hawai'i law as it relates to custody and visitation, division of property and debt, child support, alimony and other divorce issues. He also will talk about the legal process of divorce and the resources available to someone going through a Hawai'i divorce.
