Maui motorcyclist suffers serious injuries

KULA, Maui — A motorcyclist suffered life-threatening injuries when he wiped out on Oma'opio Road at around 8:30 p.m. yesterday.
The 44-year-old Kula man was headed east on a 1978 Harley Davidson when he lost control of the motorcycle about 2.7 miles west of Kula Highway, police said. He was not wearing a helmet.
