Maui's Shane Victorino, the World Series champion Philadelphia Phillies' center fielder, summed up his team's goal for this season:

"Let's do it again."

Several key members of the Phillies were at Citizens Bank Park today to tape a "Meet the Phillies" program in front of a live studio audience to commemorate the team's World Series championship and preview the upcoming season.

"That target's on our back now, but you know, we're going to stand strong," said Victorino, a St. Anthony alum, said. "We're going to go out there, we're going to have fun (and) we're going to enjoy ourselves. We're going to play the game, and I think that's what it's all about. Collectively, you've got to play as a group. You've got to play as 25 guys and stand strong."

Victorino and the Phillies avoided arbitration with a 1-year, $3.13 million contract on Tuesday.

Victorino hit .293 with 14 homers and 58 RBIs last season. He scored 102 runs, stole 36 bases and won his first Gold Glove award.

Victorino thrived in the postseason. He hit a grand slam off Milwaukee's CC Sabathia in Game 2 of the NL division series and a tying, two-run homer in the clinching game of the NLCS against Los Angeles.
