Chinese Year of the Ox at the University of Hawaii

The University of Hawaii-Manoa will ring in the Year of the Ox to celebrate the Chinese lunar year with a traditional lion dance performed by members of the Gee Yung Dragon & Lion Dance Association from noon to 12:20 p.m. tomorrow.

More than 40 youngsters, ages 2 to 5, from the campus children's center, will attend the lion dance. It will be held on the lawn of HawaIi Hall on the Varney Circle side of the building.
