Punahou DI boys beat MPI

Kainoa Gaddis scored 11 points, and Robert Toma and Taylor Crabb added 10 apiece as the visiting Punahou Buffanblu beat the Mid-Pacific Owls, 53-44, last night in an Interscholastic League of Honolulu Division I boys game.

Toma hit three of the Buffanblu's five 3-pointers.

Punahou improved to 3-2; Mid-Pacific fell to 2-4.

Marcus Holyfield had 23 points and four blocks for Mid-Pacific.
