Coldwell holding mega open house event in Waikiki

Advertiser Staff

Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties announced today that on Sunday, 80 listed properties in Waikiki will be holding open houses. Potential homebuyers can receive a special discount from Jimmy Buffett’s new restaurant at the Ohana Waikiki Beachcomber, as well as a chance to win a trip to Las Vegas, courtesy of Vacations Hawaii.

There are usually just over 20 Coldwell open houses in Waikiki on an average Sunday. People who visit just three of the 80 open houses from 2-5 p.m. will receive a coupon from Jimmy Buffett’s at the Beachcomber for a burger and margarita or beer for just $10. They will also be entered to win a five-day, four-night package to Las Vegas.

“We know many view Waikiki as a visitor destination, but we wanted to entice home seekers to venture to the city and see that Waikiki is also a highly sought-after residential community,” said Lori McCarney, senior vice president of Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties. “It’s our hope that this event will remind everyone waiting on the sidelines that there are great deals still available and that many of them are in world-famous Waikiki.”

Prices for the Waikiki homes that are open range from $63,000 leasehold to $2,395,000, fee simple. To view all 80 participating listings, download an entry form for the Vegas trip giveaway, or see a list of available parking in the area, visit www.cbpacific.com.
