The Kids First! film fest continues tomorrow at the University of Hawaii-Mänoa, this time aimed at ages 2 to 8, with two animated films and a live concert.

The 73-minute program will be held in the Art Building’s auditorium. Both films are animated: “The Firefly and the Stars” is about a tiny firefly rejected by the other fireflies because she’s different; and “The Hidden Treasure of Wompkee Wood” is about how the littlest Wompkee leads her band on a treasure hunt to return the gift of universal communication to Wompkee Wood.
Then Alex & the Kaleidoscope Band will play hand-clapping, foot-stomping music, encouraging families to sing and dance along.
The event starts at 3 p.m.
