Kalihi man suspected of shooting paint balls at cars

A 20-year-old Kalihi man was arrested yesterday after he allegedly shot paint balls at two cars, damaging them.

A man, 46, and a woman, 45, told police their cars were damaged by paint balls about 6:30 p.m.
Police went to the area near the corner of Kamehameha IV Road and Aoao Street and arrested the suspect on two counts of first-degree criminal property damage, one count of third-degree criminal property damage and one count of first-degree terroristic-threatening.
Police said that while being transported to the station, the man kicked out a window of the police car.
