Big Island motorists warned of traffic delays with royal couple’s visit

The Hawai'i Police Department is advising motorists to expect possible traffic delays tomorrow while the motorcade responsible for escorting the emperor and empress of Japan transports the royal couple between designated sites on the Big Island.

Delays in traffic flow are expected throughout the day in Kona, Waikoloa and Waimea.
