HECO planning utility work along Farrington Highway through Aug. 7

Advertiser Staff

Hawaiian Electric crews will be working along Farrington Highway through Aug. 7, the company said yesterday.

Work is beginning in Maili between Hakimo Road and Kaukama Road. It will progress along Farrington and finish in Makaha, between Jade Street and Makaha Valley Road.
A small portion of one Makaha-bound lane will be closed in the area immediately around the work crews from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
HECO says it will be using traffic control measures to ensure safe access through and around construction areas.
