Hula's Bar & Lei Stand's Talon Garbiso is the new Mr. Gay Pride 2009. Hula's Luke McLain won the title of Mr. Gay Friendly 2009.

All proceeds from the contest went to Save the Food Basket and Honolulu Pride Festival Foundation.

Pride Festival, going on this weekend, afterparties will be held nightly at Hula’s, which also will hold a Pride brunch on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
