Pau Hana Power Hour kicking off at Pipeline
Local exercise company FORCE Fitness is teaming up with Pipeline Café to unveil a high-energy group workout experience never before seen in Hawaii. The Pau Hana Power Hour at Pipeline Café kicks off on Monday.
“Imagine kicking, punching and jumping your way to a stronger body as laser lights ignite your senses,” said Rod Redondo, CEO of FORCE Fitness. “We are thrilled to introduce this new workout concept for all fitness levels. Turn your happy hour into a full-blown power hour.”
The Pau Hana Power Hour at Pipeline treats participants to a 50-minute total body workout. Class is scheduled every Monday, at 6 p.m. The class is $20.
“The energy and stereo sounds fuel the adrenaline for an intense workout,” Redondo said. “Our instructors will supervise your body every step of the way, while motivating you to push yourself to the max. There’s also the opportunity for people to come down, hang out and watch friends and colleagues test their strength and endurance.”
Festivities are planned for the evening to celebrate the first power hour class. Guests will be treated to:

Participants will have the opportunityto begin creating fitness teams of at least six people. After a certain amount of consecutive workouts, they will be distinguished by workout tops with their team name, color and the FORCE Fitness logo attached – group discounts will also be created with this option.
