Starwood Hotels & Resorts Hawaii has joined with Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children as a major supporter of the hospital’s 2009 centennial of pediatric care.

Starwood is donating to Kapiolani a portion of the proceeds from every package from its Endless Summer Escape campaign sold in Hawaii or on the Mainland. Starwood also is contributing 200,000 Starwood Preferred Guest “SPG” Starpoints as a grand prize in support of the Kapi‘olani Story Project, a historical archive being compiled this summer as part of the hospital’s centennial.
Starwood’s Hawaii operations include Sheraton and Westin hotels and resorts on Oahu, Maui, Kauai and the Big Island.
