Clinic offering physicals for children at health fair

Advertiser Staff

Waikiki Health Center will provide child physicals from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 13 at the Healthy Keiki Fair in Hale'iwa. It will not turn away any families, regardless of ability to pay.

The fair, to be held at the Queen Lili'uokalani Church, 66-090 Kamehameha Highway in Hale'iwa, is open to families with proof of medical insurance, and the center will charge sliding-scale fees to those without insurance.

In addition to physicals, the fair will provide games, snacks, Native Hawaiian healing, health education booths and blood pressure screenings.

For admission, parents must bring their children's vaccine records. If paying by sliding fee, ID and income verification must also be provided.
