You would think with five nominations, Pali T.W. Ka'aihue, lead singer and writer for Pali, would be a bit nervous heading into Tuesday's Na Hoku Hanohano Awards show. And you'd be right, but it's not because he's worried about how his group does for Album of the Year (" ... With Aloha"), Song of the Year ("Island Days"), Group of the Year, Island Music of the Year or Favorite Entertainer of the Year. Ka'aihue is on the board of directors of the Hawai'i Academy of Recording Arts — hence, his angst. "I just want everyone to be happy and everything to go smooth Tuesday," he said. Ka'aihue does love his music, as his iPod shows:

The Beatles "Drive My Car"

Alice in Chains "Would"

Icicle Works "Whisper To a Scream"

Makaha Sons of Ni'iahu "Kaho'olawe"

Steely Dan "Rikki Don't Lose That Number"

Yoshida Brothers "Rising"

Van Halen "Little Guitars"

Styx "Renegade"

Hapa "Ka Uluwehi O Ke Kai"

Filter "Hey Man, Nice Shot"
