HFD aids injured hiker at Kapena Falls

HFD rescue crews helped a woman yesterday afternoon who injured her back hiking to Kapena Falls, off the Pali Highway.
HFD Capt. Robert Main said the woman had injured her back. Crews reached her, walked her out and an EMS crew took her for medical treatment, Main said. The call came in at 12:43 p.m.
