THE KAPALUA SPA opens this month in the Kapalua Resort on Maui. It's a new, 30,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor facility and the second largest of its kind in Hawai'i. The spa, set on an ocean-view hillside and entered by way of a bamboo garden, features 10 outdoor treatment hales, nine indoor treatment rooms, and Olympic-size infinity-edge saline lap pool, relaxation lounges with views across the channel to Moloka'i, a cold rainfall shower, outdoor sauna, steam rooms, fitness facility, yoga studio, boutique, juice bar and a sun deck.
