HECO restores power to Windward areas after early-morning outage

Power has been restored this morning to 3,200 Hawaiian Electric Co. customers from Kualoa Ranch to Hauula.
The outage began just before 6 a.m. and service was restored at 7:15 a.m., HECO spokesman Darren Pai said.
The cause of the outage is still under investigation, Pai said.
