Public's help sought finding woman missing since 2003

The Kaua'i Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a woman who has been missing since 2003.

Police believe Lara Coulter may still be in the Kapa'a area. Coulter, 40, last contacted her family in 2003.

Coulter is about 5 feet 7 and weighs about 140 pounds. She has blue eyes and long brown hair.

Anyone with information about Coulter is urged to call KPD's Investigative Services Bureau at 241-1696; police dispatch, 241-1711; or Crime Stoppers, 241-1887.
