Vendors sought for Ziggy Marley concert at Waikiki Shell

Advertiser Staff

Thompson’s Production would like to invite vendors from across Hawaii to join “Ziggy Marley Live In Concert” at the Waikiki Shell. Partnering with Clear Channel Communications and Cox Radio, Thompson’s Production is bringing the reggae musician to Hawaii to perform on Aug. 15 along with a lineup of other performers.

Vendor spaces of 10 by 10 are available for $250 and each vendor will also receive four general admission passes to use at the concert. Limited space is available and no food or drink vendors are allowed. Vendors will need to bring a 10-by-10 pop-up tent or canopy, table and chairs. Vendors will be allowed to load in as early as 1 pm. Show time starts at 5 p.m.
For more information or an application call Jeanelle Kikawa at 230-7625 or e-mail jeanelle@hawaiipacificentertainment.com.
In addition to Ziggy Marley, the eldest son of music legend Bob Marley will be joined by several international artists, including Mysterious, the man from Trinidad, one of Jamaica’s hottest singers; Rovelta Fraser, who will break from touring with Jr. Gong and Nas to perform in Hawaii; rock, reggae and folk musician Joseph Israel and the Jerusalem Band; the young and energetic Blak Diamon from Jamaica; and the Virgin Islands’ very own reggae musician and songwriter Zion.
Concert tickets are on sale now for $35, $45 and $55 and can be purchased at the Blaisdell Box Office, online at Ticketmaster.com and at all Ticketmaster outlets, including select Macy’s. To charge tickets by phone, call 800-745-3000.
