Alexander & Baldwin Inc. today announced it has sold a Pearl City warehouse complex.
The Honolulu-based company did not disclose the sale price or the buyer.

A&B acquired the property known as Hawaii Business Park in 1999 from Tosei Shoji Co. Ltd. A&B said it increased rental proceeds by 92 percent over the last decade and has kept the 85,200-square-foot complex fully occupied since 2002.
