Waves of 6 to 9 feet are expected to roll into the south shores of all islands today.

The National Weather Service has issued a high-surf advisory that remains in effect until 6 p.m. tomorrow.
Oahu’s Ocean Safety Division said yesterday that surf is expected to rise over the weekend and urged beachgoers to practice caution, consult with lifeguards and heed warning signs.
