YOUNG BROTHERS

Young Brothers Ltd., Hawai'i's largest interisland cargo company, has promoted Victor "Steve" Renstrom to freight operations manager at its Honolulu port, and Chad Brunner to Hilo port manager.

Renstrom will oversee Young Brothers' freight operations statewide. He joined the company in 2000 as barge/terminal superintendent.

Brunner will oversee daily operations at Hilo and will have financial responsibility for freight operations. He joined the company in 2007, also as a barge/terminal superintendent.

HONOLULU BOARD OF REALTORS

The Honolulu Board of Realtors has appointed Bennett Liu its new director of finance. He will oversee a broad range of financial and accounting responsibilities, including planning and budgeting, accounting system operations, and asset management.

HAWAII ISLAND HUMANE SOCIETY

The Hawaii Island Humane Society has selected Donna Whitaker as its new executive director. She will be responsible for overall operations at the Waimea, Kea'au and Kona shelters. She has more than 15 years of experience with veterinary services on the Big Island.
