Dead man found at Makalapa playground identified

The Navy today identified a man whose body was found at a playground in Pearl Harbor's Makalapa housing area on Sunday as 48-year-old Joseph Allen.
The Navy said Allen was a civilian employee of the Defense Intelligence Agency.
A cause of death has not been determined, but there was no evidence of foul play.
The Naval Criminal Investigative Service is conducting an investigation.
