The average price of a gallon of gasoline statewide was unchanged this week at $2.45 a gallon, AAA Hawaii reported today.

In Honolulu, the average price was $2.38 a gallon, up 1 cent from last week. The Honolulu average was up 10 cents from a month ago, but $1.07 lower than a year ago.

In Hilo, the average price was $2.53 a gallon, down 2 cents from a week ago. It was 6 cents higher than a month ago, but $1.05 lower than a year ago.

The average price in Wailuku of $2.60 a gallon was down 1 cent from last week. It was up 12 cents from a month ago, but down $1.31 from a year ago.
