Applications for state ID cards taken on March 14

State personnel will be at the Lana'i Community Center on March 14 to process applications for state of Hawai'i identification cards.

The fee is $10 for people 65 and older and $15 for all others.

State ID cards will be processed and mailed to applicants within 10 days.

New applicants must provide an original Social Security card and a certified copy of their birth certificate (or resident alien card, if applicable).

No documents are required to renew an ID card with no change in name or citizenship. All changes in status or name change due to marriage, divorce, annulment, adoption or citizenship must be supported by certified government-issued documents.
