Surf: 10-14 feet expected on North Shore today

Surf along Oahu's North Shore will be 5 to 8 feet with occasionally higher sets through this morning, then increase to 10 to 14 feet this afternoon, the National Weather Service said.

Surf along west-facing shores will be 3 to 5 feet with occasionally higher sets through this morning before increasing to 6 to 9 feet this afternoon.

Elsewhere on Oahu, expect surf of 4 to 7 feet today along east-facing shores, and 1 to 2 feet along south-facing shores.

Outlook through Saturday, March 14: The building northwest swell will peak tonight and Tuesday with near advisory threshold surf heights of 15 feet for north-facing shores.
