With Mexican naval academy cadets standing in her rigging, the tall ship Cuauhtemoc sailed into Honolulu Harbor this morning for the first of 10 calls in five countries. The ship is on a goodwill voyage that includes stops in China, South Korea, Russia, Japan, and the mainland.

The three-masted brick-barca rigged sailing ship Cuauhtemocis — carrying 260 crew, including 99 recent graduates of Mexico's Heroic Naval Military School, on a goodwill voyage that will China, South Korea, Russia, Japan and the mainland — sails into Honolulu Harbor.

The Cuauhtemoc, which sailed into Honolulu with naval cadets standing on its masts, will hold open houses today and tomorrow at its berth at Aloha Tower.
