Nine-time Grammy winner Sheryl Crow has scheduled an April 25 concert at the Waikiki Shell, Tom Moffatt Productions announced yesterday.

Tickets go on sale at 9 a.m. Saturday at the Blaisdell Box Office and TicketMaster outlets (www.ticketmaster.com, 800-745-300). Tickets are $35 for general admission, $45, $55 and $65 for reserved seating.

The singer/songwriter's hits include "All I Wanna Do," "Leaving Las Vegas," "The First Cut Is The Deepest" and "Everyday is a Winding Road."

LENO GIG FREE FOR DETROIT JOBLESS

AUBURN HILLS, Mich. — Michigan's high unemployment is no joke, but Jay Leno will offer a little comic relief with a free show next month at the Palace of Auburn Hills.

The "Tonight" host said on his Monday show that the April 7 show will be for "anybody out of work in Detroit."

People only have to say they are unemployed to get up to four tickets. Refreshments and parking also will be free.

AKON, DIDDY NOT SHUNNING BROWN

WASHINGTON — Akon — who has gone through legal woes and bad publicity — says he'd be willing to collaborate in work with pop's latest problem child, Chris Brown.

"Oh, absolutely!" Akon said by phone Monday. "I wouldn't take anybody's personal issues or problems — I won't hold them accountable for that when it comes to work."

Meanwhile, Diddy confirmed that he recently opened up one of his homes to Brown and Rihanna so they could "talk about a situation they're in."

"It's my house, and I'm allowed to give my house to whoever I want to give my house to," he said on yesterday's episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show."

Brown has been charged with two felonies for allegedly attacking Rihanna, his 21-year-old girlfriend and fellow pop star. The 19-year-old R&B singer is accused of beating her in the early morning hours of Feb. 8. Both then bowed out of their Grammy Award performances set for that night. He was arrested that night.

FANTASIA VOTING FOR 'IDOL'S' GOKEY

WASHINGTON — Being an "American Idol" winner, Fantasia knows one when she hears one, and Danny Gokey is her pick to win this season.

Fantasia says she's been voting for Gokey, the 28-year-old from Milwaukee, whose wife, Sophia, died of a congenital heart defect recently. Fantasia says she loves singers who can "take a song that's not theirs, but make it their own."

The 2004 winner's advice to contestants: don't "be mouthy to Simon. We just have to learn to take the blows."

COOLIO FACING DRUG CHARGE

LOS ANGELES — Prosecutors in Los Angeles say rapper Coolio has been charged with cocaine possession.

The 45-year-old "Gangsta's Paradise" rapper, whose real name is Artis Leon Ivey, also was charged yesterday with battery stemming from his Friday arrest at the Los Angeles airport — he allegedly grabbed a screener's arm to prevent a luggage search that turned up the drugs. Coolio is out on $10,000 bail and arraignment is set for April 3.
