CINCINNATI — An arrest warrant is out for former Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Darnay Scott, who missed a court date on two charges of failing to pay child support.

Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge Dennis Helmick issued the warrant when Scott didn't show for a hearing on Wednesday.

Hamilton County Job and Family Services reports that Scott owes $6,000 in child support for his 11-year-old daughter and nearly $4,700 for his 6-year-old daughter.

An agency spokesman says the 36-year-old former player paid off other back child support last June using $55,000 from his NFL retirement fund.

The judge ordered that Scott be held without bond when he is arrested.
