Surf steady on east shores

Surf along O'ahu's east facing shores will be 7 to 9 feet throughout the day and a High Surf Advisory remains in effect for these waters until Saturday morning, according to the National Weather Service.

North facing shores will see a decline in waves to 7 to 10 feet today.

On west facing shores surf will be subsiding to 4 to 6 feet and south shores will have 2- to 4-foot waves throughout the day.

There are no significant swells expected through Wednesday, the weather service said.
