A High Surf Advisory continues for all Hawai'i east and windward shores, including the Big Island.

Strong trade winds over and east of the state will continue to produce large and rough surf in east coastal waters through tonight but declining over the weekend, according to the National Weather Service.

The advisory will be in effect until 6 a.m. tomorrow.
