Moanalua High senior Tadd Fujikawa struggled to a 7-over-77 and went from four shots off the lead to missing the cut in the Crowns 2009 at Aichi, Japan.

Fujikawa had a 36-hole total of 145. Hawai'i's David Ishii and Gregory Meyer also missed the cut for the final two rounds.

Meyer shot 72—143, while Ishii shot 74—148. The cut was at 142.

Tetsuji Hiratsuka fired a 66 for a 133 total and a one-shot lead over Takao Nogami (69—134).
