VALLEY CENTER, Calif. — Nicole Branagh andElaine Youngs won their third tournament this season, beating Lisa Rutledge and Brooke Hanson 21-18, 21-15 Sunday in the final of the AVP Crocs Tour San Diego.

With 2008 Olympic gold medalists Kerri Walsh and Misty May-Treanor not playing, Youngs and Branagh have established themselves as the dominant women's team on the pro beach volleyball tour.

May-Treanor is out this season recovering from an Achilles injury, and Walsh is expecting her first child later this month.

The men's title went to seventh-seeded John Mayer and Jeff Nygaard, who beat second-seeded Jake Gibb and Sean Rosenthal in Sunday's final, 21-18, 21-17.
