Lecture explores existing Hawaiian fish ponds

The Bishop Museum will host another in its Traditions of the Pacific educational series with "Traditions of the Pacific: Hawaiian Fishponds Today," 6 p.m. May 7 at Atherton Halau at the Museum.

Tamaru is an aquaculture specialist with the Department of Molecular Biosciences and Bioengineering at the University of Hawai'i at Manoa, providing technical assistance to the aquaculture industry. General admission is $5, free to Bishop Museum members.
