Hawai'i County police said today a 70-year-old motorist involved in a one-vehicle crash Saturday on Kawaihae Road died of heart attack.

An autopsy conducted today indicated that Peter Gusman of Waimea did not die from injuries sustained in the wreck, police said.

Gusman's 1998 Ford F-150 pickup truck was traveling west when it ran off the right side of the road around 1:25 p.m.
