The city's 3rd Annual Keiki Water Festival takes place from 8:30 a.m. to noon today at Salt Lake Elementary School.

More than 225 fourth- and fifth-graders, their teachers and other volunteers will participate in the event, which will focus on ways to protect and conserve water in people's everyday routines.
