‘Iolani freshman Lorens Chan shot a 3-over-par 74 today en route to a two-shot victory in the David S. Ishii Foundation/Hawai‘i High School Athletic Association Boys Golf Championship at Royal Ka‘anapali Golf Course on Maui.

Chan finished at 1-over 143, while teammate David Fink was second after a second-round 71. Henry Park (71) of Kealakehe, Bradley Shigezawa (75) of Punahou and Cory Oride (75) of Kaua‘i were tied for third at 146.
Iolani won the team title with a 302—601. Other Iolani team members were Corey Kozuma (74-157), Reo Saito (85-160) and Elliot Le (83-164).
Moanalua was second (306—619), followed by Punahou (313—624), Waiakea (318—628) and Baldwin (315—630).
