WAILUA, Kaua'i – A 15-year-old girl from Kapa'a has been transferred from Wilcox Hospital to The Queen's Medical Center after one-car crash injured the girl and three other 15 year olds, Kaua'i police said today.

All four of the teenagers from Kapa‘a — two girls and two boys — were taken to Wilcox Hospital following the crash. Except for the girl who was transferred to O'ahu, all were treated and released.
Her condition is not known, police said.
An unlicensed boy was driving a Jeep Cherokee north on Leho Drive around 1:50 a.m. with the rest of the teenagers when he lost control and hit a coconut tree, police said.
The crash occurred near Aloha Beach Resort.
According to police, alcohol appears to be a factor.
