Honolulu police found Shaun Cambra, who had been missing from Wahiawa General Hospital.

Cambra was located by officers in Wahiawa at 1:40 p.m. Saturday and was returned to the hospital.

Cambra, 29, left the hospital on Thursday while plans were being put in place to move him to another facility for further evaluation.

He had been showing signs of mental illness and made threats to his family, police said.
